12-week curriculum

  1. Weeks 1–3

    See the Gap

    Diagnose your personal AI Wage Gap. Calculate your score, map the macro and the micro, and decide what you are actually optimizing for.

  2. Weeks 4–6

    Design the OS

    Build your Task Stack Map, AI Skills Edge plan and Node Density Map. The three documents that everything else hangs off.

  3. Weeks 7–9

    Build the First Stream

    Choose your first portfolio stream, run the Stream Filter Test, ship a paid Proof-of-Concept and negotiate the space to do it.

  4. Weeks 10–12

    Scale and Protect

    Systems that scale beyond your own hours. Legal and IP guardrails. A Money OS built for variable income. The plan for the next 90 days.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?
Mid-career executives, senior consultants, coaches and advisors who want to build an AI Portfolio OS while still employed. Not for absolute beginners. You should already be comfortable using AI tools in your work.
What is the time commitment?
One live session per week (90 minutes) plus approximately three to five hours of implementation work on your own portfolio. Expect to spend about six hours per week.
What does it cost?
Inaugural cohort pricing is $2,500. Future cohorts will be priced higher as the program matures and the alumni network compounds.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. The recordings are yours to keep.
